TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND/OR REFUND PROCESSES:
CANCELLATION DUE TO NON-APPEARANCE – NO SHOW
In the event that the Consumer fails to appear at the reserved date and time for the service, the reservation will be considered canceled. ACUARIO ARRECIFAL S.A. DE C.V. shall bear no liability, and such cancellation does not entitle or obligate ACUARIO ARRECIFAL S.A. DE C.V. to refund the amount paid for the service.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICE RESERVATION
Should the Consumer need to modify the date and time of the reservation, the request must be made at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the original reservation date and time. To this end, the Consumer must send an email to [email protected], detailing the reservation number and the email address used for the purchase, and indicating the new requested date and time. The new date must not exceed a period of 6 (six) calendar months from the date of the modification request.
REFUND OF SERVICE COST
If the Consumer requires a refund for the payment made for the service reservation, the request must be submitted at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the original reservation date and time. The Consumer must send an email to [email protected], providing:
The reservation number.
The email address used for the purchase.
The interbank CLABE account number for funds transfer, or credit/debit card details (issuing bank and cardholder name).
A copy of the bank statement header (carátula).
The refund will be issued to the name of the reservation holder. All refunds will incur a 5% (five percent) charge of the total purchase amount for bank commissions and administrative fees.
REFUND OF SERVICE COST DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ACUARIO ARRECIFAL S.A. DE C.V.
In the event that ACUARIO ARRECIFAL S.A. DE C.V. is unable to provide the service due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances—including, but not limited to, economic, health, weather, or administrative contingencies, or any other unforeseen situation that significantly affects the operation of the establishment—ACUARIO ARRECIFAL S.A. DE C.V. will issue the corresponding refund without administrative charges.
The Consumer must send an email to [email protected] with the reservation number, purchase email, interbank CLABE or card details (bank and holder), and the bank statement header to process the refund to the reservation holder.
