If you do not have a reservation, you must arrive 2 hours before the start of your activity. If you already have a reservation, you must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.

BLU offers lounge chairs, chairs with reclining areas, hammocks over the sea, a bar, restrooms, life jackets, and all the professional equipment necessary for snorkeling and paddleboarding activities.

For safety reasons, all participants in snorkeling and paddleboarding activities are required to wear life jackets. However, you must be comfortable and capable in the water to participate in these activities.

Pregnant women may participate in the tour; however, for safety reasons, they are not allowed to participate in the water activities.

The tour is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.

BLU's facilities are very safe. However, we also offer lockers for rent where you can store your belongings if you wish. An additional fee applies.

To ensure your safety and provide a comfortable experience, we have a limited capacity of 100 guests, although the vessel can accommodate up to 160 passengers.

This allows us to ensure that every guest has their own space to relax on the lounge chairs and hammock nets without overcrowding.

The activities are easy and suitable for beginners. Our lifeguards and guides will accompany you at all times, and we provide all the necessary equipment, including a life jacket, mask, and fins.

BLU Ocean Club check-in takes place at Dolphinaris, located at:

Avenida Rafael E. Melgar, Zona 2, Km. 1.5, between 17th and 19th Streets South, Cozumel, Quintana Roo, CP 77600, Mexico.

From there, guests will be transported to La Asipona Marina, where they will board the BLU vessel.

Transportation to Dolphinaris is not included, so guests must make their own way to the check-in location.

At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off at Dolphinaris.

Cancellations are not allowed. If you need to change your reservation, simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we can reschedule your activity.

Your voucher is valid for up to one year from the purchase date.
